Strength exercises performed in a structured and supervised group help manage and prevent Type 2 Diabetes. We are conducting evidence based exercise groups to aide in the management and prevention of Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes. For every person known to have diabetes there is another person who has diabetes and doesn’t know it. There is a need for greater awareness of Diabetes risk factors and a healthier lifestyle and you will get that at SSPC.
