Prevention of injuries, or health maintenance, enables you to continue to perform with a better sense of well being.Our physios are able to assess you with particular reference to the sport or recreational activity you wish to undertake and then design a program to help you reach your goals. Such advice may involve warm up and stretching techniques, shoe selection, postural trips and exercises, training regimes, and the use of massage as a means of health maintenance.
