Adam Gibbs

Adam is a self confessed sports nerd who was always curious about his countless football and basketball injuries. This led him to Monash University to study Physiotherapy. Since graduating, he has worked in the aged care sector and travelled Europe before settling into private practice and working with a cross country and athletics team. It was here that he developed an interest in running technique and running related injuries. Other areas of particular interest include injuries of the lower limb as well as back pain, neck pain and headaches. Adam considers himself incredibly lucky to combine his career with his passion for sport and exercise. He strongly believes in a combination of education, hands on therapy and targeted exercise rehab to help clients achieve their goals – whatever they may be. Away from the clinic, Adam loves anything in or on the water – swimming, scuba diving, surfing – as well as running and going to the footy.”
